About your host
Dr. Trent Corey is most well known for helping runners over 40 to run with healthy knees. 

He is a state champion cross country runner in high school, and persevered through several injuries at the University of Iowa to have success in track and cross country. 

Before physical therapy school, Dr. Trent studied Biomedical Engineering, which gave him a great scientific perspective on biomechanics. His unique approach to knee injuries has helped those who’ve tried all the traditional methods without results. 

He has run 3 marathons (PR 2:37) and lives an active lifestyle with his wife and 2 young boys.
